Painting with a Twist is proud to sponsor Painting with a Purpose to benefit “Wives Behind the Badge” Wives Behind the Badge is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing resources and emotional support to local law enforcement families.
• The cost is $45.00 per person and includes all materials and step by step instruction.
50% of the proceeds will be donated to the organization.

Enjoy a 3-hour class, where participants will be guided step-by-step to complete the acrylic painting du jour. For the WBTB event, guests will paint a nighttime skyline of Tampa Bay. Even people who have neverpainted before will walk away with their original artwork. The stroke-by-stroke classroom approach always surprises even the most unsure participants.

D.C. library to feature artwork by disabled - WTOP
WASHINGTON - Artwork by more than 100 students from around the country, some of them disabled, will be featured in an exhibit at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library in Washington.
The artwork was selected in a juried competition organized by VSA, an affiliate of the Kennedy Center that was formerly known as Very Special Arts.
Students were asked to create artwork on the topic "What Inspires Me."
More than 3,000 students submitted artwork for consideration. Two students from each state and the District of Columbia were selected.
